Terms of Delivery

HarveyMachine.eu strives to dispatch Harvey Machines promptly, with orders generally having a transit period of 5-10 business days. However, occasional delays may occur.

Please note that modifications to the delivery address after the order has been placed could incur additional charges and are not permissible after the order has been shipped.

The provided shipping rates apply exclusively to EU territories and islands.

Our flat rate shipping includes insurance, scheduled delivery, lift gate services, and curbside drop-off for each order.

Back Orders

Should there be no specific instructions, items that are currently out of stock will be put on backorder and dispatched as soon as they become available. Upon the arrival of the restocked goods, we will reach out to the customer promptly. 

Product Registration and Warranty

All Harvey Machinery and accessories are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.

Warranties take effect from the date of product receipt. Under this warranty, we pledge to repair or replace any faulty product within a reasonable period, provided it is accompanied by the original proof of purchase. This must be a valid receipt that shows the date and the customer's name.

Peulen B.V. will take responsibility for the repair of any product still under warranty at no extra cost to the customer. Any broken parts will be repaired or replaced with new or refurbished components.

In the event of an irreparable manufacturer defect, Peulen B.V. will replace the product with a new one.

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Product damage resulting from negligence
  • Unauthorized modifications to the product
  • Damage caused by natural disasters
  • Theft or loss of the product

General Return Requirements

Returns must be pre-authorized. To obtain an authorized return label, please contact our Customer Service at +31102822111 or team@harveymachines.eu. When making contact, have your original purchase details ready, such as the purchase order number, confirmation number, and/or invoice number.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.

Return Packing Requirements:

  • Non-defective returns must be in their original packaging, unused, and in a condition fit for resale, and they are subject to inspection upon return.
  • Items must be returned to Nikkelstraat 21 A, 3067 GR Rotterdam, Netherlands.
  • Please email us the tracking number with your order number in the subject line.
  • Clearly indicate your order number on the outside of the package.

Inspection on Returned Goods

After receiving the returned goods, Peulen B.V. will carry out an inspection and process either replacement orders or refunds within roughly ten (10) business days. This duration might be extended during peak periods.

Extra time may be necessary if we need to repair the returned merchandise, which might involve ordering replacement parts and carrying out repairs.


Refunds will be processed after the inspection of the returned merchandise.

Please note that original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Non-defective returns may be subject to a 5% cancellation or restocking fee.
